Consumer Notice

The Real Estate Law requires that we provide you with a written consumer notice that describes the various business relationship choices that you may have with a real estate licensee. Since we are discussing real estate without you having the benefit of the Consumer Notice, we have the duty to advise you that any information you give us at this time is not considered to be confidential, and any information you give me will not be considered confidential unless and until you and we enter into a business relationship. At our first meeting we will provide you with a written consumer notice which explains those business relationships and my corresponding duties to you.
Wire Fraud Notice

Scammers are hacking the email accounts of title companies, real estate agents, settlement attorneys and others resulting in fraudulent wire instructions being used to divert funds to the account of the hacker. This behavior can be common in real estate transactions because sensitive data such as social security numbers, bank account numbers and wiring instructions are often sent by unsecured email for transactions involving large amounts of money. DO NOT provide personal information such as social security numbers, bank account numbers and credit card numbers except through secured email or personal delivery to the intended recipient.
